We have officially begun the second half of 2016 and I have just started reading my fourteenth book of the year.
If you know me or have been following my blog then you know that reading is one of my greatest passions.
I was an avid reader as a child, but, like many people, I fell out of the habit in my early twenties.
I few years ago I made it a goal of mine to read at least two books per month as a way to spur me back into action.

I had one New Year’s resolution in 2015, and it was to read 2 books a month for all 12 months.
I am pleased to say that not only did I accomplish this task, but I totally murdered it!
As I type this post, just 3 days away from the new year, I am currently half way through my 28th book!
I can honestly say that this experience has been life changing, and I will undoubtedly continue this hobby through 2016 and beyond.

“Just doing my workout – Tuesday is arms and back.”
We all know the typical bodybuilding split.
Most dudes go to the gym and follow a routine similar to that of Mr. Burgundy’s:
Chest on Monday, Back on Tuesday, Legs on Wednesday, Shoulders and Traps on Thursday, and Arms on Friday.
