My Current Diet And Supplement Routine

Most of the questions I get at the gym from clients and curious bros in the locker room pertain to my diet and supplement routine.

Therefore, rather than repeat myself on a daily basis, I decided I would tackle those questions with a post, and kill two birds with one stone.

Before I begin, please keep in mind that this isn’t particularly a “fat loss” diet.

I’m pretty satisfied with my current body fat level, and I eat more for maintenance and performance now.

My Top 10 Foods For Fat Loss

Thanksgiving is officially over.

If you’re like me, chances are you spent the last four or five days Going Ham on leftovers.

This is perfectly acceptable and I would actually be quite upset with you if you didn’t.

We now have three and a half weeks until Christmas Eve, and being that I come from a Cuban family, “Noche Buena” might as well be Spanish for Thanksgiving 2. 

It’s a great time of year, but if you don’t plan on gaining 10 lbs in the next month you’ll want to spend the next three weeks dialing in on your diet so that you can Kill It on Christmas as well.
